If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. Description of Services
Powerpurificatio provides walking habit coaching and educational guidance services. Our offerings include:

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

4. Account Registration and Subscriptions
4.1 Creating an Account
When you subscribe to a coaching plan, you may be required to create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at assist@powerpurificatio.world if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.2 Subscription Terms
Coaching plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on the same calendar date each month. Plan features, pricing, and availability are described on our Plans page and may be updated with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
4.3 Plan Changes and Cancellation
You may upgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately and billing adjusted on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, provide thirty (30) days written notice via email to assist@powerpurificatio.world. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use coaching materials for your personal, non-commercial use during an active subscription. This licence terminates upon cancellation of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
7. Website Use
7.1 Permitted Use
You may access and browse our website for personal, informational purposes related to our walking coaching services. You may link to our homepage provided the link does not imply endorsement and does not misrepresent our relationship.
7.2 Prohibited Use

8. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to promptly update such information if it changes.
Failed payments may result in suspension of coaching services until the outstanding amount is resolved. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscriptions with reasonable notice. Price changes for existing subscribers take effect at the next billing cycle following notification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Powerpurificatio and its directors, employees, coaches, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.
You acknowledge that walking involves inherent physical activity and that you participate in walking activities at your own risk. We provide guidance and education but cannot control your physical environment, weather conditions, or personal health circumstances.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, or internet service disruptions.
